For interested applicants from Cebu City Public SHS (graduating students), you may get/ask the Application Form from your Guidance Counselor or School Designate.
For those from Private SHS in Cebu City, you can get the Application form from our main office located at 2nd Floor, Ramos Building, DepED Cebu City Division, New Imus Road, Cebu City, or at our satellite office located beside the office of Hon. Dondon Hontiveros, 3rd Floor, Legislative Building, Cebu City Hall.
